  1. 电动葫芦对新设备或拆卸后检查时,应先在空车中试验几次。不过,在设备完成之前,不要试图打开电源。


  2. 正常运行前,应进行额定负载125%的静载试验,吊离地面约100mm 10分钟,检查是否正常。


  3. 动载荷试验是一种具有额定载荷部件的反复升降试验。试验结束后,检查机械传动部分、电气部分、连接部分是否正常可靠。


  4. 在运行中,必须防止它在不可接受的环境中运行,并超过额定负载和额定每小时关闭次数(120次)。


  5. 在设备调试和维护时,要严格检查限位设备是否可靠。当吊钩上升到上限位置时,吊钩壳体与滚筒壳体之间的距离必须大于50mm (10t、16t、20t必须大于120mm)。当吊钩落至下限位时,应确保钢丝绳在滚筒上的安全圈,可用的安全圈应大于2圈。


  6. 不得同时按下两个手电筒按钮,使电动葫芦反向移动。


  7. 操作结束后,必须关闭电源总开关。


  8. 电动葫芦应由专人操作。操作人员应充分掌握安全操作规程,防止斜拉杆、斜吊车的发生。
